.....In fotoperiods its the best to start in single cups , to avoid overwatering.
And your girls dont need any nutrient... maybe some rootstimulator/ aloe and water.....
the light is to weak/ to far away from her so she stretches so much, I dont know what lights you are using, so i cant say a lot. Iam using 26w led for the first 10-20 days, its a cold light, you can go very close. Or a cfl even does a good job
