I have 1 plant that has the leafs yellowing/dying at the tips and can’t seem to figure out the cause. I thought it was lack of food so I fed them once 2 of the three are thriving but the other one may be experiencing trauma due to move from small cup to this 2 gallon pot

Those new picture help. Yes I would keep watering only for a bit more. But your 2gallon pots will likely be too small to get a good yield. If you can I would increase to 5 gallon, but the one with issues needs more time to recover first.

Yellowing and dying at the tips is often a nutrition overdose caused by heavily pre-fertilized soil. Sometimes one or two plants overreact to those soils even when the others have no problems. That in combination with the transplant to bigger pots means a lot of stress. I would wait to see what happenes and give her only water next time.

@schwoob, how many weeks old are your plants? Do you have more pictures under normal lighting you can share? Just from this picture I think you might have fed a little early. And just need to keep supporting her with water for awhile. But some close ups and the normal lighting would help

@Schwoob, few more questions. Do those pots drain? What size are they? I'm thinking it's over feeding, but if you keep up with the water you should do alright. I would just use clean water for the next week Ph it to 6.5ish. If those pots don't drain you have to watch very close for over watering. What kind of soil did you use? If it has fertilizer premixed in it, it might be a little hot for these plants.
