MistaOC Glowstarz | Day 0 🌱
Run officially started.
Five seeds selected for this run.
Paper towel method.
Stable temperature.
Controlled environment from the very first step.
For me, germination already defines the mindset:
No shortcuts. No randomness. Just consistency.
This grow will be fully documented — from seed to harvest.
Next update: taproots. 🔥

Day 2 – Early Seedling Phase
All five Glowstarz seedlings are developing well.
Germination was fast and uniform (4/5 with strong taproots within 24 hours, the fifth followed shortly after). Since transplanting into the medium, growth has been steady and consistent.
At this stage, I’m deliberately keeping the environment stable and avoiding any unnecessary stress. The main focus right now is root development. Above-ground growth is moderate, but structure looks healthy with good color and compact node spacing.
Light intensity has been adjusted slightly to prevent further stretching. Humidity remains controlled, and watering is kept minimal to encourage proper root expansion.
No nutrients added yet — letting the medium and biology do their work.
So far, everything is on track

Settling into the system.
The plants are now fully established in the Autopot setup, which has been activated. Growth is starting to accelerate as the roots take advantage of the constant water supply.
All tops have been taken, and structure is beginning to form.
Some leaves showed slight signs of low humidity stress over the past days (around 30–35%), affecting transpiration and leading to a more compact growth pattern.
Humidity has now been stabilized at ~55%, and the plants are already responding positively.
A close eye is being kept on potential thrips activity — if confirmed, biological control (nematodes) will be applied early.
Overall, everything is on track.
Control the environment. The plants will follow
04.04. D35
Everything on track.
The plants are responding well and overall development is strong and consistent.
Today’s work focused on opening up the structure:
LST applied to spread the canopy and improve light penetration, along with light defoliation to clean up inner growth.
No complications so far.
Healthy growth.
Good response to training.
From here on, it’s all about shaping an even canopy and guiding the structure.
Steady progress.

Flower Day 8 – Defoliation & Lollipopping
Today a full cleanup and structural adjustment was carried out.
Plants were defoliated and lollipopped to remove lower growth and improve airflow and light penetration. At the same time, branches were trained further to achieve a flat and even canopy.
The full 1.2 × 1.2 area is now nearly filled, which should allow for optimal light usage going forward.
Timing feels right, as the stretch is still ongoing but structure is now set for the flowering phase.
From here on, the focus will be on maintaining the canopy and monitoring development as bud formation progresses.

The plants are now fully in mid-flower, with clear bud formation and the first signs of stacking across all tops.
The canopy remains even and well-structured, filling the entire 1.2 × 1.2 area efficiently.
The Autopot system is running consistently, and the BioTabs setup continues to provide a stable and balanced nutrient environment.
Plants are healthy, with no visible issues, and are responding very well to the current conditions.
One plant (back right) showed slightly higher nutrient demand, so it received a targeted feeding with the BioTabs nutrients, while all other plants continue to receive only water for now.
From this point forward, the focus shifts towards maintaining stability while bud development continues to increase. 🌱

Flower Day 22 – Increased Nutrient Demand
The plants are now deep into the flowering phase, with bud stacking clearly progressing across the canopy.
Growth remains strong, and nutrient demand has noticeably increased. Today, Bactrex and Orgatrex were applied according to the schedule to support microbial activity and nutrient availability.
The canopy has become quite dense, with multiple smaller branches receiving limited light. A defoliation and cleanup will be carried out to improve airflow and redirect energy to the main bud sites.
The Autopot system continues to run consistently, and the BioTabs setup is performing very well.
Overall, plants are healthy, vigorous, and showing strong development.

Flower Day 31 – Bud Development & BioPK
The plants are now deep into flower and development is progressing very well. Buds are stacking consistently and starting to gain noticeable size and density.
Yesterday the second round of BioPK was applied to support the increased phosphorus and potassium demand during this stage of flowering.
A stronger defoliation was also carried out recently to improve airflow and light penetration through the canopy. This has helped clean up the structure while maintaining healthy development across all tops.
The Autopot system continues to run smoothly, and the BioTabs setup remains very stable overall.
Plants are healthy, vigorous, and responding exactly as hoped at this stage.

Flower Day 45 – Swelling & Resin Production
The plants are now well into mid-to-late flower and development is progressing very nicely.
Bud stacking has increased significantly over the past week, with noticeable swelling across nearly all tops. Resin production is also becoming more pronounced, especially on the upper flowers and sugar leaves.
The canopy remains stable and relatively even, allowing for solid light distribution throughout the tent.
The Autopot system continues to provide very consistent moisture levels, while the BioTabs setup keeps nutrient availability stable without any noticeable deficiencies or major issues.
Overall plant health remains very good. Flowers are gaining density, trichome production continues to increase, and the run is progressing exactly in the direction hoped for at this stage.
From here on, the focus shifts toward maintaining stability and guiding the plants cleanly through the ripening phase.

Flower Day 51 – Back Under Control
This week presented a few environmental challenges due to unusually warm and humid weather conditions.
During the dark cycle, relative humidity occasionally climbed as high as 76%, resulting in a VPD low of approximately 0.67. As a consequence, a minor amount of powdery mildew reappeared in parts of the canopy.
To prevent further spread and improve airflow, a heavy defoliation was performed over the last two days. At this stage of flowering, maintaining a healthy environment is more important than preserving excess foliage.
The response was immediate.
Current conditions:
* Temperature: 24°C
* Relative Humidity: 53%
* VPD: 1.4–1.5
The canopy is now significantly more open, airflow has improved dramatically, and the flowers can finish under much safer conditions.
Bud development continues to impress. Flowers are swelling daily, resin production is increasing, and the plants are clearly entering the final ripening stage.
Autopot continues to perform flawlessly, while the BioTabs program has provided stable nutrition throughout the run.
The focus now shifts toward maintaining environmental stability and allowing the flowers to mature over the coming 10–15 days.

Flower Day 58 – Endgame
The run is officially entering its final chapter.
The last week was all about managing the environment and allowing the plants to finish ripening under the best conditions possible.
Unfortunately, a stretch of very warm and humid weather caused relative humidity to rise significantly during lights-off periods. As expected, powdery mildew became more noticeable and required immediate attention.
To combat this, I installed a dedicated dehumidifier last week.
The difference has been dramatic.
Humidity levels are now much more stable, especially during the night cycle, and overall VPD has returned to a healthy range. This should not only help finish this run safely but also become a permanent improvement for future grows.
Aside from that challenge, the plants have exceeded expectations.
The Glowstarz have developed dense, heavily resin-coated flowers from top to bottom. Bud stacking continued throughout the final weeks, and the terpene production is intense every time the tent is opened.
The combination of BioTabs and AutoPot once again proved why it has become my favorite way to grow. Minimal intervention, stable nutrition, explosive flower development.
At this point, the work is done.
The plants are fading naturally, the flowers are swollen, and harvest is expected within the next 1–2 days.
No major feeding adjustments.
No more training.
No more chasing growth.
Just letting the ladies finish their final sprint.
A very satisfying end to a memorable run.
