tantrumrage It's time to finally get my seeds going for this year's outdoor season.
So I've soaked the seeds for 12 hours in a mixture of H202 and water and put them into the soil afterwards. Hopefully they should sprout within the next couple of days π±
I'll be running Sugar Black Rose from Delicious Seeds again as I really enjoyed this strain. And also Shaman from Dutch Passion. I've been curious about this one for long time.
Only two plants this year so I'll still get to enjoy my terrace, at least partially π

tantrumrage We're off to a good start both seedlings germinated without issues. They grew a bit leggy so I've filled up the pots with some more soil and increased light intensity to ~300 PPFD.
I will probably leave them indoors for the next 2-3 weeks and then transplant into bigger containers and move them outside.
Really excited as outdoors is always special to me π±

tantrumrage They seem to be enjoying themselves, good growth over the past week and not too stretchy. I will probably top them next week and then move them outside around mid may. By then the chance of frost is near zero and they should be strong enough πͺπ»

tantrumrage Fed some nematodes as a precaution, I might be getting paranoid π
Topped both plants and will start LST as soon as the branches are a bit bigger. Will probably transplant and move them outdoors next week. Really looking forward to having them on my roof terrace

tantrumrage They're finally outside and the weather couldn't be any better ππ»transplanted them into 42l SIP- Euroboxes, topped both one more time and put them onto my roof terrace. Can't wait to see them turn into bushes.
A big thank you to Tim from Sonnenerde who was kind enough to provide me with their "Hanferde" soil for this run β€οΈ

tantrumrage They've recovered from the translation and adapted well to the outdoors. Topped them one more time, maybe a bit premature π
but they've got plenty of vegetation ahead of them time to adjust.
Weather couldn't be any better with 10-11hrs of full direct sunlight.

tantrumrage Both plants seem to be happy and adjusted really well to the transplant. Topped Sugar Black Rose again and did LST on both plants.
The weather has been perfect the last couple of weeks and the plants grew quite a bit. They should turn into nice bushes over coming weeks π

tantrumrage Both plants made good progress over the last week. Removed a couple of leaves here and there and continued to LST them using stakes.
In direct comparison Shaman is looking a lot tougher than Sugar Black Rose. Both are looking healthy with lush green leaves, really happy with the "Hanferde" so far.
