mevlanastar I started the plugs off with foop seedling suggestion at 5ml. but now planted into the ancient soil , they only get highly charged artisan spring water . they are at a 200 to 300 par lighting . i do no special techniques. I have always let the plants grow naturally . I have only grown autoflowers for 5 years . I have 20 veg plants in 5 gallon pots , that's 100 gallons of soil. and I have always had about 8 gallons of biochar. annf I'm showing the community what you do after your ancient soil has become compacted . you will grow amazing quality, but the plants will keep shrinking . the electrical charge of the soil is too high . easy fix. add 30 gallons to make 25 percent of your new load is air! ancient lava glass, . so people with super changed soil, and only using ancient living nutrients like foop or gaia green organics , and always using filtered water. I suggest the shower filter . never mess with chlorine and living soil. your fungi and bacteria live and love inside the biochar they are having a very happy party , but they need air to party. so to the veternns and ancient compacted soil people , add air! I suggest ancient lava glass , specifically coarse perlite. so 5 years ago starting with the best living soil possible on the market and adding 15 gallons of biochar to 200 gallons of soil. having 20 pots veg and 20 pots flour over time because I never added air or perlite. the soil became compacted and you eventually keep growing smaller and smaller and smaller plants. every round will kind of become a little smaller as the soil compacts itself, but the quality is always amazing as long as you stick with organic ancient soil
