Day 8:
Went to see my girls tonight, I forgot my phone so no photos yet, gotta be patient for a few days more.
Heat stress was upsetting, this is the situation:
- 6 plants: perfect growth, no deficiencies, right amount of water, ...
- 1 plant: 1 leaf shows few pale brown mosaic spots, something went wrong with ph, nothing worrying.
- 3 plants: heat was too much, leggy, long white stems, one of them is basically growing horizontally.
I added some mulch on the top to help keeping it cooler, gonna wait a couple of days to decide how to procede. Tomorrow we're going to put a bamboo stick on each weak plant, then if it's not enough I'll consider repotting or adding some more soil on the surface.
In any case, I will probably have to start the training a bit earlier, at least on streched ones.
Day 13:
Plants recovered well from legginess almost by themselves, now they're almost the same height but starting to grow more foliage.
Started on day 9 with approx 1/4 strenght of humic acids, Bio Root and worms liquid compost.
Today I gave them their first "real" feeding with the GO thrive (half grow half bloom). Looking good approaching week 3!
