On my first tent grow too!
I had similar nute burn problems throughout my plant transfers. A lot of people told me to give it a few weeks before you start feeding whenever you plant/repot into soil mixes (They have their own nutrients to begin with.) Even using Promix HP soilless mix, I was getting some nute burn after my final transfer.
Just let the plants use up what's there first basically. 👍
