I would strongly suggest increasing the humidity, bringing them closer to the light (heat permitting) and transplanting them right away.

I would place a thermometer right next to (nearly touching) the plant, then adjust the distance to the light so the temp is no more than 30 Celcius. To increase the humidity, I would reduce the amount of air intake, or change the intake air source, or use a humidifier, or hang some wet towels in the grow area. In both cases it will be a balancing act.
