These girls have been growing for about a month as clones. My fist grow has been troublesome to say the least so I decided to give it another go with this strain. I started off with Dr. Earth's Starter fertilizer for the first month, at 1/2 strength and they looked hungry just after 2 weeks. Sad thing is I'm using dry fertilizer so it won't break down fast enough for the plants to take it in right away. I tried a compost tea feeding but it wasn't enough and the girls suffered a bit before transplant. Its been about 5 days since I transplanted into new medium (coco and perlite) and they look to be recovering. I also had a fight with spider mites but I think I have won the battle. I'll give them another douse with of Safer Insecticide soap for the next few weeks to be sure.
I only feed the girls once a week with a compost tea at a 1/3 strength and the dry fertilizer at about a 2 tbsp per 5 gallons, or about a little over 1 tsp per gal.
I'm also using a Vipraspectar 600 for veg right now and will move the girls to the new tent once my others have finished flowering. I've been pushing back my harvest since the girls are taking so long to flush. That's why I've cut my fertilizer in half for this grow to see if I can get a proper fade for harvest this time around.
UPDATE: For some reason it keeps saving my temps all at 50 degrees and it won't let me change so I'll just list them. Day temps reach 82, while at night it falls to about 69/70. the medium temp is about 70 as well. My water temps are usually 65/67 degrees. I'm not using an A/C so its hard to keep temps down.
