1st Grow - White Widow Autoflower

Plants: Plants are a couple inches tall but seem a bit fragile looking. Just in the last couple of days a new set of leaves started to appear so they must be doing ok so far. Growth is slightly slower than I was expected but not sure if this is normal growth for these plants. Given they are outdoor, in cool weather with limited direct light, perhaps this is fine. Weather: Beginning of the week was slightly to moderately overcast so not much direct sunlight. Last few days the sun has been out all day so they are getting the best light they can get for this season. I repositioned the pots so the plants get maybe 30min more direct light each day. Water: Last week primary used the mister to keep the soil around the sprouts damp, but not too wet. This week did same, plus poring some water directly on stem to soak in. Also starting to add perhaps a quart of water a day to the bottom of pot with the hope that the roots will good deep to pull water up to plant. Plus every other day I'm pouring water around the rim of pot hoping this will help the roots spread out as well. No clue if this is the right thing to do, as I'm totally making this up as I go. I've read that I should not use any fertilizer for first 20days, so while I did put a tiny bit in one water sprayer I've not yet used it. The soil already has fertilizer in it, so this should be fine. Wish i knew what the roots were doing. I'm not sure if these pots are too small for the entire grow, or at this point if they are too big for the seedlings. Time will tell. Grow limitations: Growing outdoor on condo deck that's covered so only 3-4hours of direct sunlight per day. Planted and moved outdoors once seeds sprouted. Started in January during very cool wet weather for first 2 1/2 weeks of grow.
