MSNL Blue Dream 5 plants in 2x4 tent

WOW everybody, this is amy tofu lee. I ordered 10 Blue Dream Regular Feminized seeds from MSNL and it came along with other free seeds. I stored them in the fridge until the day I started germination. I initially wanted to do SoG having 10 plants in a 2x4 tent hoping that I can harvest them ASAP. However, due to the failure in germination, I'll have to take a detour... Germination - I put all of 10 seeds into coco peat trays straight from the fridge without thinking much (This later turns out to be a disaster). Soaked the trays in water and put them in a plastic container. Maintained 26°C+ and 90+ humidity (also turns out to be a bad move). On day 2, I've put 35W LED bar in the tent as the seeds started showing heads On day 4, only 4 seeds germinated and 1 seed was struggling hard showing not much growth. I've moved the 4 seedlings into customised containers and put them 100W LED light at 90cm distance starting 18/6 light schedule. On day 7, I fertigated once without checking pH. The struggling seedling finally popped its head out. Issues - Half of my seeds did not germinate. (They seemed to be soaked in water for way too long. It was all mushy when I dug it out of the tray) - The seedlings seem to grow a bit slower than others. There are points that I believe that I made some mistake from the very beginning. Lessons learnt - Do not germinate straight from the fridge. Leave it in room temperature at least 1-2 days or soak it in water for 12-24hours (do more researc) - Do not put seeds into the coco peat straight. Germinate in the paper tower and move it when the root is out. I had to dig out some seeds because they were misplaced. - Do not keep humidity too high and do not let the coco peat tray drenched in water (make sure the water can drain).
