adventures with rockwall....

So after a long love affair with coco I've decided to mix things up a bit, out with the recirculating coco, in with the drain-to-waste rockwall set-up. I've been silently spectating on here and forums for ages, seems like now is as good a time as any to join the community, hopefully i can share a little wisdom with the ams and get some tips from the more experienced hydro farmers out there! To the plants! so i got 9 girl scout cookies from the cali connection, cuts from 3 phenos these were all in soil so got rinsed and transplanted into grodan, these girls didn't get the best start they were in way too small a space for them, i had to top them back so many times! they're about 6 weeks older than the rest so they've been getting trained through a net to keep them low while the others catch up! The others are a selection of Karma Genetics, i ordered 12 regular Sour Power o.g seeds, popped 8, got a bunch of freebies too so got a couple of Crumble Limes and a couple of Orange Sorbets, and a Strawberry Glue from TH Seeds. I've seen the sour power has won extract awards so hopefully ill get a terpy female in there! i got the last few floracaps arriving in a couple days so can get my drip feed timer etc dialled in, i'm having to use a watering can for now. gotta get my runoffs dialled too, but thats for another day! the GSC are having N deficiency problems, my own fault really i'm trying to feed them all the same but the Karma seeds are younger so i don't wanna fry em, they'll catch up! I was away for spannabis and all the girls suffered a bit, the water they sat in didnt drain properly and went a bit rank, you can see the remnants on the leaves, new growth is coming though lovely, the odd white spot tho, have flushed with low ec water so should clear up! im aiming for one more week of veg then ill flip em! Ill add more details as the weeks go by!
