might want to bring the light closer (or raise the pot up closer to the light). Also, dont keep the rockwool soaked, just keep it wet and put something flat under it and keep that wet so the excess water is at the bottom for the roots. In the setup you have the roots will grow out the bottom and have no water source to move into.
