30 watts per sq foot depending on spectrum and type of LEDS A Mars TS 1000 comes to mind there, the quantum board low profile will help if things get a little tall. You want to be very careful with spectrum, some lights have far too much red in them.

Salut le jardinier ! pour ta dimension tu dois avoir entre 150 et 250w . j'ai vue que le minimum c'est 120w pour une dark room comme la tienne mais apparemment les led comme mars hydro suffisent. par contre plus ton monte en watt et plus tu dois faire attention a la chaleur. bonne chance a toi bella ciao

optimum for flowering is about 40 to 50 watt per sqft... having said that 36" height isn't very tall, so you need to try to keep them a bit more compact happy growing!

Light intensity My plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.

Which of the two options do you choose and why: Option 1: 1440w over 40sqft giving 36w per sqft Option 2: 1440w over 48sqft giving 30w per sqft. The difference is an extra 2x4 of grow space. Do i go for more lumens or more plants? This is my first LED setup

My grow tent is sitting in my basement, which normally sits at 10C in the winter, so I set the heat in the room to 18C and the LED and 2 fans heat it to 20.4C in the tent. Anyone have a similar setup but using their grow lights as a heat source? Heating a basement is expensive.
