Hi @greengoldgrower! First, make sure you don't have any broad-mites / thrips / spider-mites. Take a close look onto and below the leaves, and even in the leaves stems, bugs like to hide everywhere they can. If nothing appears, then your issue is probably pH-related, some pH drops/fluctuations lead to this kind of weird spots / discoloration. Make sure your pH-pen is properly calibrated and try to stick to a 6.0-6.5 ph range, this is the most appropriate range considering you're growing in soil.
