Why the leafs are down?

water -- throroughy until 20% runoff -- safe to do with a plant that fills out a pot. wait until top 1" dries before repeating that process. At the very least you'll rule out that watering is the issue. Based on what you describe it sounds like underwatering initially then overwatering following... 2 weeks without water is something crazy long unless it's a huge pot of soil. Root zone might be too hot on the pavement beneath after sun heats it up.. if not raised up, get it on top of something that insulates it from the heat. i see you are outside, so it's likely environmental once watered properly.
