Light deprivation

I read in an RQS article about light deprivation : "After three weeks with your light deprived plants in flower, you won't need to cover them any longer since the days will be sufficiently short." Does anyone have experience with it?

Hello. In response, they floor cannabis plants in Jamaica under 14 hours light outside. The cannabis can start to flower well before it reaches the 12/12 level. On august 15 at 50 degrees latitude the sunrise to sunset is 14 hours and 19 minuets. Good Luck. Chuck.

You probably caught that out of context, type in google this: Sun rise to sunset hours [insert name of your country]. and in the day it says the days have 12h of light and reducing not increasing, then you stop light depr. Untill then i wouldnt risk it.
