So this girl has gotten to the finish line. About a week of flush left. It is supposed to get down to 36 degrees Fahrenheit the next two nights. Do you guys think it will be okay to leave her out since harvest is coming up next week anyway?

Depends on where the strain originates from..
If it's a strain originating from northern europe or Canada, it should be able to take it just fine for a couple of days. However, if it's from a country closer to equator, you might see some mangled leaves from a single night of intense cold like that.
1 or 2 nights shouldn't prove fatal tho, but I'd still keep a close eye on the buds every day, as you dry them afterwards, if it's a strain from a warm country. Mold on one bud, can quickly spread to all the buds.
