Did start in too small pots. So... If waiting for visible roots in too small pot, let dry a bit, repot to final, water, would i damage them too much.? is there a better way of doing it.? ( besides starting over ) 😁🙏

If that has only recently gone in I would gently dig around it and transplant it out now. Make sure you overcompensate for how far you think the roots have reached out when you dig in out in case of damaging any roots
