Im seeing my plants shutting off about 14-15h of light , like they have limit to what they can metabolize in one light cycle, is there any way to streghten their nutrient uptake and make them use of light and co2 even more efficient? Or maybe 18h in that light is just too much ?

You’re slightly overwatering your plants ! If you’re a new Grower, you can refrain from overwatering... or if you know what you’re doing you can add Silica.....

Some strains only need lower light hours, some strains can push the limit. It also matters what light you use and the intensity and efficiency of it. If the plants are successful at this hour of lighting and not flowering on you then you're fine. In regards to helpful products, adding in a silica product can help them manage light intensity among other positives. It can be foliar or added in the reservoir. I use dynagro protek and it's clear.

Hi i hope i got your problem right. your plants leaves are drooping/ wilting....... well i wont blame it to the LIght, either the rootzone. Sounds as if your roots have problems to breathe... check up the rootzone, look and smell into the container. If everything is ok , you shuld smell nothing and see white healthy roots, if you see browinsh slimy thigs your roots have a probem.....Iam pretty sure your plant can bare 18 hours of light
