Do anybody ever top fast Buds autos? I topped one and not the another and I must say I’m impressed with both.

You can actually view all diaries on this site with Fastbuds strains that have been topped. First go to the tab with diaries, breeders, nutrients, etc. Then Click “breeders” Then Select “Fastbuds” Then find the tab that says “Diaries” Once on that page find the “filter” button. Click “topped” See the results for yourself!

I would say that as long as you top more than 5 days before flower, she should recover and do well. That being said, it's probably a good idea to grow the genetics without topping first so you will know exactly when flower starts.

BudgetGrows is right, this is a hot debate. You can trigger early flower in some autos when topping them... stress = urgency to reproduce (i.e. flower). If you’re going to top and auto I would do it quite close to when it’s about to flip to flower... but you need to know the strain and when it tends to flower. You could also just LST the plant and not top it, and you’re not taking as much of a risk. I don’t think you’re likely to get a massive increase in yield from topping an auto, but the plant will grow shorter and bushier... so if your limited on vertical space.

Hi fella, what a question to open a can of worms!!! To top an auto!!! Your going to get a 50/50 answer across the board, some growers say no some say yes, to me it all depends on the strain and your level of experience with that particular strain, example would I top a Seedstockers BCN critical auto - absolutely, I have enough knowledge of this strain and confident it will pull through and produce, the thing you have to remember with autos there is no room for error, if your not confident in the strain then best let it run, if it's a strain you have 'put through the mill' previously then crack on, all about knowledge, confidence, best practices, it all comes in to play when growing if your sceptical and not really sure but want to expand your knowledge then try one topped and one not see what result you get, happy growing 👍

Why noT It always deepends in the vigorousness of the Plant... nowadays automatics aare nearly to trat like Photoperiods, it reallly depends in the strain.. this is to see in the first 3 weeks, if she grows nicely, she will do it with atopping or more too... if you do to much you delay her abit in getting ready, but that is worst case
