Seedling way underdeveloped/mutated, even though it's a week ahead of others?

The seedlings are a week ahead of the ones below them and still super underdeveloped, and look like they're developing weird/mutated..
Can anyone who has had this before chip in? Both Veg/Flo switches are on now but that isn't the cause of it, genetics? I just don't know..

happens sometimes that they lok like that, i would just lwet them grow and see what happens.....

2 day update after changing light. Is progress okay?Hello, on Monday i changed my light from some scam of a light that said 50w, to a mars hydro ts600. This is the 2 progress since then. Ignore the loss of a quarter of one of the cotyledons :))
It going alright? I don't see much change in leaf size but they dfnitely grew a stem

Trichome Advice--Cloudy enough to stop giving nutes??I'm trying to figure out when I should stop giving nutes. I've read 1-2 weeks before harvest when the trichomes turn Amber. My question is: Based on these trichomes, when would you stop giving nutes? Do they look cloudy enough to stop now? Or should I wait until I see amber?
