Every hour things are looking worse. I'm not sure if my problem is excesive light/water or deficency of light/water. What do you think and what would you do?

What kind of soil are u using ? All Mix is preloaded with nutes for 3-4 weeks so u dont need feeding u plant . Lamp should be around 18-21 inch from canopy . Start 25% seedling 50 % veg start flower 75% for all stretch and from week 4,5 100% if u start from 100% with strong led u just burn u plant from excesive Light source and if u use 100 % from beginning around week 5-6 u will need another lamp because u plant will need more intense Light to fatten buds.

Broken colaHey one of the colas was broken this morning off the 5.5 gallon, I cut part of the cell wall off the bottom and slapped root hormone on it and this is it now... any ideas on if this will work or is it done. Wasn’t broken for too long I imagine still was healthy when I found it

Acidentally bent my plant.I was bending my plant to take it away from the light and when doing so, I ended up bending it a little too much and could hear it snapping, but I immediatelly moved it back and now it seems like its normal, I can't really tell.
