Please correct me if I’m wrong but I believe you can adjust those lights by screws on the top of the light so you would be able to dim them and put them closer.
20 on 4 off is a good schedule to get them growing big and strong. If you have that light on full and too close you risk light burning them. And if left full power but far away they will stretch like crazy and need some serious supports. I’m sure you will figure it out but good luck with the grow and happy growing 🙏
My seedlings start at 16 hours goes up to 18 on 6 off for autos right till the end, I do know people that do 24hour on but it's waste of money with leccy. I use 1 spider farmer 600 with 2 70 watt quantum bars getting around 3 up to 12 oz a auto. Depending on genetics
At seedling you shouldn’t have the light far you can cause a lot of reaching that would be bad also the power wouldn’t be maxed out till they have a few nodes of growth so as not to burn the seedling until it’s strong enough to handle it . I’d use a smaller lamp for the moment around 12-18 inches . Hope this helps
I woud not go lower then 70cm, at this point they dont need alot of light.
And you have 450w, thats alot for seedlings. 50cm woud be just before they hit real flower stage,
and 30cm woud be in full flower 😉
Good luck and have a happy grow 😀🙌
Never go 24-0. Plants and seedlings need rest. They do things at night also to help maintain a healthy root system. You say it's an auto you can do 20-4 or 18-6. I find they like 18/6 the best.
24/0 will be fine to start them. I have mine 24/0 until they all up. Then I drop down to 20/4 or 18/6 or 16/8 depending on time of year. As for your light distance, I haven't used one of them but if you go off the manufacturer recommendation for distance then you will be fine.
