Hi @chapadux420! I think you have a combination of: lack of light, underwatering, and too much nutrients at early age on an autoflowering strain. When it comes to autoflowers in soil, you better trust your medium and don't add to much nutrients for the first 2-3 weeks. The lack of vertical stretch could be related to your 24/24 light schedule, stretch mostly happens at night when the lights are off. The dark green coloration of your leaves tells us that your plant had too much Nitrogen for the past weeks. Take it easy with BioGrow now that she entered flowering stage, and make sure your soil goes through wet-dry-wet-dry cycles. Never flooded for too long, neither than 100% dried for more than a few hours. Roots need to alternate between wet and dry phases in order to propagate, searching for water. Hope this will help, keep us updated and happy growing! :facepunch:
