Hello Guys. Living in the eternal winter of Ireland has raised some concerns regarding DWC water temp. I'm currently at 15c (59F)at night and day and air temp is 22c (71f). Is the 15c water temperature possibly damaging my roots? Also would I be able to add a little warm water?

I agree with @SpinnerCaribbean best to go to your local pet store and buy a small submersible fish tank heater to maintain a minimum of 65 F for your solution tank. It will take a few adjustments to get it close. Just keep in mind the heater will crack if its on and heating and it's not underwater so always keep enough solution in your reservoir to keep it submerged. Once temperatures get below 60 F root growth slows down considerably. I would also recommend trying to increase your humidity to at least 55%. 60-65% would be best while they are young until they grow a larger root system. Hope this helps.šŸ‘

No you are ok. Just don't let the water get colder than that. Definitely don't want above 70 degrees. That will welcome bacteria they love hot water.

You can grow with that temps... but you'll have a better result by raising your temp with a water heater. A fish tank eater heater is enough and will not harm your roots ( and it's cheap )

That ow temperature slows down your froth a little bit but it should also work. I would recommend to raise temperature up to 20C if possible, maybe a heating mat.

I would add a good water heater and set it to 66f. Going as low as 59f will at least slow growth down a little.
