Is my TDS too high (1500) for hydroponics and am I going overboard with nutes? From the Tap the water is only 130 ppm.

That does seem quite high, but it also depends on what conversion your ppm meter uses. 500 or 700. 1000ppm in 500 scale is 1400ppm in 700 scale. I usually shoot for 1000ppm max on the 500 scale. so if your meter uses a 700 scale you aren't all that high. Also, I don't really see any signs of overfeeding from your pics. If growth is good and plants look happy then you are probably okay.
