What is this and what should I do? I must confess for my first grow I'm using "no more bugs" organic and inorganic pest control, so I highly doubt it's a bug.

check for pests, if isolated i wouldn't worry too much about that. could just be a blemish in the leaf. if pests usually has a glistening to it (honeydew spot)... webs are another sign... look under leaves.

Sorry to tell you - but your "no more bugs" organic and inorganic pest control is not working on this lady. You don't even have to go looking for what kind of insect it is - it is one of the leaf-sucking insects (probably thrips but could also be spider mites, aphids, whiteflies...). Grab yourself some Dr. Zymes Eliminator or some Spinosad and use as directed spraying both top and bottom of all leaves just before lights out. Both are organic and both can be used right up to the day of harvest if needed with no affect on the taste of your buds... Either one will take care of the issue VERY easily... I've used Dr. Zymes many times and quite successfully... Good luck!

Hey Ned_Schneebly, that is definitely a pests, they are called thrips. They suck the chlorophyll out of the leaves and let them die 😰 I'm very sorry to say that but this plant is already in flower and cannot be rescued so easealy. Good luck for your next grow
