Is it all over your plant? If not. All that needs to go. But looks plant wide? If its just that node which I've had before. Its actually confused with its sex. As hermies are single and isolated. This looks like half way between sexin she decided to trans that part. It can be cut but, do it now, i can't see any exploded and released their pollen.. that's a big +. Id take that WHOLE plant out and trim her up outside. Any tools used need to be cleaned.
