Flowers are ready?

This is the situation of my flowering plants. Should I keep it more time or it’s time to pick all the flowers? I don’t now when they are ready.
The plants are very small because I planted them too late (they are all 30cm of height)

Canopy VS plant base temp general comments or suggestionsThe canopy is a warm at 30c but at the base of the plant it's around 24c. I haven't seen any issues yet (the claw is weird genetics - unchanged) any idea on yeild impact? I can lower it but it will lower the humidity to ~30%. Night temp 18c. Should I plant my autoflower out in full ground at end of week 5?My autoflower just started week 5 and she's looking really healthy. I was wondering if it would be beneficial to plant it out into full ground by the end of this week. Weather is supposed to be 20+ °C by then. Letting the pot sit on runoff water.I've been letting the runoff on the little plates below on the pot.
I've read yesterday that it was a bad idea and i should remove the runoff and let plates dry.
So just to confirm.
