only if it is blocking buds, you can always do LST to make her use more place in your grow room ,
Leaves are like Solar Panel :D the more and bigger they are, more light will be absorbed

Do not remove those big leaves yet, those are big sources of energy for your plant right now for its size, you'll lengthen veg time by removing them.

Let them live! Your plant is young and might need all the light she can absorb.
You can pull those leaves down and let light enter if you have some internodes who don't get light.
You can also decide to cut some internodes and let grow the stronger ones when near to flowering :) Good luck ☀️

I recently did a good trim to chop off lower nodes which were under fan leave shade. Any tips I should do ? Increase fert dosage ?

Should I do a pre harvest defoliation a week before harvest?What are the benefits and consequences of defoliating a week before harvest? Is it good or bad?
