Hi growmies.
Newbie here just started my first grow. I am using a MH TS1000 and i was going by manuf. recommendation on 25% dim about 13-14''. Do you think my newborn is stretching?? Also tried amping up to 50% and there is no heat buildup on the plant (26° C) she's 4 cm tall

I think she is not stretching,
for a better understanding off DLI just download an ap on ur Phone its not that 100% accurate but better then no messurement
give the ladies ~300ppfd 18hrs ~20DLI
