Tiny, curled and droopy new growth. Plant looks also stunted :(

I don't see the power or type of light listed but it looks like you have some led light burn on some of the top fan leaves. I would move the light up a few inches. In addition it is important to give your plants a strict wet/dry cycle when watering. Let the pot dry out well in between waterings and make sure the edges of the pot are watered well if you are using airports. Once the soil dries out around the holes it is hard to get it moist again sometimes. Good luck!

hi. In m experience ist nearly impossible to overwater in airpots. Ist a tricky Job to water good in airpots, most times ist not enough water. I ended in watering those pots every day, and once in the week i take them and they are " diving2 into a big bucket. That means i take them out of the growbox and take the pot with the plant into a big waterfilled bucket and let her soak the water, then i put her out and let her drain. Otherwise the soil gets to dry and ist nearly impossible to get her wet, because all water drainig through the holes and no water reaches the plant. Iam not sure what ist in your case so i let you a Flowchart here where you should be able to find and fix your Problem... see it in the comments
