Removing smaller buds that dont get any light? And defoliation?

So now it's 2 late to remove lower branches, but still time to remove the small bud sites that dont get any light? its already 5th week of flower... What about defoliation, i dont know exactly how and when to do it?

Hi @GreyArea51 normally I do the defoliation 7-10 days before starting to flower, and then in the 2 week of flowering I do it again but only the bigger leaves that are shading the buds. the secret of defoliation is to do it little by little so that the plant will not stress and be late. good luck mate 👍

Defo consit into removing upper leaves that are blocking light to the lower leaves for a better light repartition : I'm not sure you should do it at that stage but if it's only 1 leaf or 2 and if it's to increase the light repartition then why not ( but just a bit). The lower buds that are not receiving light must be killed considering the density of the foliage in your box there is no need to keep them and no it's not too late to remove the lower branches even if the benefict will not be really significativ

About same stage as me there bro I'm still taking decent amounts off leafs and bud sites off that I don't want just so the last few weeks it focuses on the main buds and gets them as big as they can b4 chop time hope this help mate
