Outdoor Cold Weather / Lack of Light? First 3 Autoflowering I would like to know if my plant is suffering a lack of anything, or if it is an acceptable size for 14 days vegetation?

It seems like it isn't growing in a health way, or maybe it is just my anxiety....

I would like to receive a few tips, since is my very first grow.
