So 2 weeks back, I moved the plants from the 2 troughs into individual 5ltr pots using the same vegetable compost and perlite - mixed a little from the original trough with the new mix. Of course, transplanting is where you can lose your plants as they definitely can suffer from shock.....but not this year. They were sturdy and I think quite determined to continue growing. For the next 2 weeks, the Mimosa powered up high with her long thin stem and leaves. The OG Kush is simply a different beast altogether - much shorter and fatter leaves. Now, week 6 since planting, 7 since germination, I have 4 flowers in a small tent, all are doing fantastically well, the tomato feed seems to have gone down well with the battery operated drip feeder. The weather has really warmed up so it's a steady 24-26 degrees even in the shade, and dropping to 22-24 degrees at night time. I've just put in a fan, the extraction system is functioning perfectly with very very little smell so far and the LEDs are 18/6 and not creating any heat. The Mimosa has lots of flowers forming while the OG Kush is starting to look like a fat little short monster who will start to flower next week. I reduced the watering cycle 2 weeks back to 20 seconds per day and it seems fine but I have noticed some small flies. The top of the soil is damp and this encourages these flies to lay eggs. I've just placed a small cling filmed covered bowl of apple cider vinegar, water and liquid soap to attract the flies with small one way entry holes. Plus, I coated some small squares of yellow plastic with vaseline to further trap them. The date is 4/July. We are 6 weeks in. In about 3 weeks I will change the lighting to 12/12 and expect to harvest the second week of August.😀

Se aplicó una defoliación a todas las hojas amarillas y bajas que aún quedaban para ir limpiando un poco lo que no traerá frutos. Seguimos, cada vez queda menos 👽

📆 Week 16, 29-31 January - 1-4 February 2025 29 Jan - 4 Feb - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 Jealousy Glue continues to stay tight in bud development. She has about three more weeks to go. Everything appears to be fine and staying on point. Top leaves on all buds are turning purple now. I took a video to show this. Will continue to watch and let the plant grow. - 30 Jan nutrient solution changed - 30 Jan feeding schedule updated - Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 - Nutrient Solution EC 2.2 at 67 degree F - Adjusting PH daily to 6.2 using GH up/down - Light power is at 75%, DLI 45 canopy coverage at 12hrs - Using General Hydroponics, HGC728040, Dual Diaphragm Air Pump, 320 GPH That is it for this week. Thanks for the look, read and stopping by.

The cal-mag issue has been handled and is growing strong. They are definitely producing some buds I hit them with a nasty defoliation trying to get humidity down and expose as much light to the nugs as possible. This will be the last time I hit them like this but will be still removing large fan leaves if they get in the way of bud sights. Hopefully lord willing everything will continue to go smoothly and we can get a good harvest.!! Happy growing and god bless.

📆 Week 9, 1-7 July 2024 1-7 July - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 She is a well developed plant, and the bud structure seems to be quite dense early on. This is an impressive plant that I only wish I had more room to grow her in. 🍶 nutrient solution not changed 🍽️ feeding schedule not updated 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🔆 Light power at 80%, DLI 40 canopy coverage at 12hrs 😤 Using PYPABL, Air Pump, 400GPH That is it for this week. Thanks for the look, read and stopping by.

Woche 12 beginnt.

Last week of flush. The nugs are dense even though the plant is the smallest in the tent. 7 more days of flush and she's for the chop. Wish I'd have trained this plant better. 😋

Week two went good there was a bit of underwatering on my part, these ladies drink! The breeder did warn me about that though. Beside the underwatering things look good. Next week they'll be transplanted to final 11L fabric pots. Happy Growing!

Well sliding into another week, I'm checking the trichomes and waiting for them to go milky, not sure if i can just check leaves for that. That's what i have been doing. I've been told i'm waiting for a portion of at least half of the hairs to go an orange/bronze color. Weird blotches become more prominent on leaves that its visible (they are just in some leaves) less than half id say around 15 - 20% and less than half of those seem pretty bad. I would like to know the cause if its nutrient lockout or a disease etc. Or perhaps its normal for late stage flowering i do not know

30+ days in and they are going very strong. No issues at all up to this point so decided to defoliate for some more light penetration and to focus on the top buds.

Finally starting to smell that heavenly smell and seeing budlets exploding everywhere. Both girls were defoliated a little at a time over the past week to expose any prime bud sites. So far both strains have been lovely and easy to grow as long as Nutes are fairly light. Will keep updates through the week and as always happy growing everyone!😊🤙
