So, my last (first) first grow ended abruptly after 7 days of life. So I would still like to count this as my first grow as I didnt even make it past the beginning stages of veg. RIP Ralph fr. Today I will be starting a new grow, but still my first time, but I'm jumping in going for a organic, living soil, outdoor, low stress approach. I am a huge Z terp fan, so hoping this plant will give me something sweeter than gassy or glue-y. HERE WE GO! Date: Jun 28th 2025 Stage of growth: Seed Day 1 I've taken the Gorilla Z Auto from FastBuds and placed in a mason jar filled with RO 6.6ph water in my garage. Date: June 29th 2025 Stage of growth: Seed Day 2 A taproot has emerged! The seed is still floating on the surface of the water. Will probably plant this tomorrow. While this was going on I was preparing my soil and space for the seed. For my soil/grow space: I've created an entire new soil environment in my backyard from scratch for my seed to go into in the next day or two. It is now no longer just backyard soil, but rich in nutrients that will hopefully help this plant thrive even more. Here is everything I did to prepare my backyard soil, which has a ph of 7.2: Dug about 10 inches down Leveled it ish~ Put cardboard as the base layer Put red woodchips from front yard over a thin layer on cardboard A small soil layer (same topsoil from backyard) 1 tsp of elemental sulfur (bc my soil ph is 7.2) Handful of worm castings 1 tbsp of mykos root enhancer 2 tbsp neem cake (pest control) More topsoil (layering) 1 tbsp neem cake (pest control) Another handful of worm castings A dried up plant i found that kind of resembled straw so i decided to throw it in there (irrigation?) More topsoil A pinch more of worm castings 2 red worms i found while leveling (I plan to buy more at petsmart) Gently mixed in worm casting to the top layer of soil Put 6 bamboo 3 ft tall sticks in the dirt around it making the skeleton to a barrier i will let it dry and begin to add the netting and chicken wire once the seed is planted Watered with random water from my RO tap, distilled, and hose just to wet and solidify the entire base. From here on I will be watering with 6.6 ph reverse osmosis tap water. And its done! Tomorrow on day 3 of seed I will plant it and begin its seed cycle. Thanks for coming to my 2nd attempt at a first grow. Any advice super welcome and appreciated! Date/Time: Jun 30 1:15 pm - day 3 overall Stage of growth: Seedling Environment: 90.1 F with 27% rh Ph levels of soil: 7.55 Ph levels of my water: 6.6 Updates: I’ve taken the seed with long taproot and placed into the ground with some mykos sprinkled into the hole before planting, then watered lightly with my RO 6.6 ph water. I then took chicken wire, and fenced off the bottom portion around the bamboo sticks to make a rough 2x2 barrier. After that, I covered everything loosely with 2 layers of netting. Inside of my chicken wire fence is another circular chicken wire fence to act as a form of a double wall around the early veg plant. UPDATE (later same day) this netting is keeping flys IN, which is exactly what im trying to prevent. I assume its because its loosely covered and the bottom has the openings. Ill revise tomorrow. Observations: I noticed not only is a bird prominent around this garden, but a possum or rat (im not sure) also showed up last night at 1:30am. So I will need to try as much pest prevention as I can. Videos attached. Watering: I only lightly watered right after planting today, the soil seems pretty moist still and I dont want to overdo it. I plan on watering either late tonight or tomorrow morning. Any concerns or questions: Is the netting worth it? Are there better methods for pest prevention in an outdoor garden I could take other than the netting? I also don’t like how it looks, or the attention it draws to this plant. I hope to see a sprout in the next 2-3 days! Will come back to update when I see something. i took the netting off completely. I saw some sprouts, and then now they seem to have almost come to a stop in growth MOST RECENT UPDATE: Date/Time: July 9 11:00 am - day 12 overall Stage of growth: Seedling Updates & Observations: what I think is the gorilla Z sprout, which is the middle sprout, is now almost at a halt it feels like. It has yet to grow any more leaves, and I’m wondering if I’m over-caring for it. I notice that I have not only cats, rats, and birds, I also have possums to worry about that keep coming right around this patch and eat figs, leaving fig parts on the ground to decompose into the soil but also attract unwanted pests like fungus gnats. I cant see the potential Z sprout anymore, it seems to have wilted/fallen back under the pieces of dirt, which isn’t a good sign, but ill try to have more patience. Watering: I haven’t watered since last night at 6pm, before that was the day before at around 7pm. So right now the plant is getting watered roughly 1 every 24 hours. Environment: currently at 11:04am the temperature is 83.1 F and relative humidity is 40%. But over the last week + the temp jumps from 55 F to 99.5 F, and relative humidity going from 12% to 85% depending on time of day. Any concerns or questions: I think I overwatered into root rot....I'm going to water less, and less amounts. I will come back in 2 days and see.. any help much appreciated here.

it grows so fast. The lower leaves are shaded and away from the light. So I cut them as the plant gets taller I really don't have a good setup to be able to clean my roots. I tried this week anyway. I watered each pot with 2L (not enough I think :/) of water at 450PPM PH: 7 then after I gave 1L of water at 900PM PH: 5.5. There was a big puddle in the room afterwards. But it wasn't that hard to clean up after all. In 5 minutes with a rag and a bucket ------------------------------------------------ -Daytime temperature: 24-29°C -Night temperature: 22-27°C -Humidity: 50-75% ( Too high but it's hard to lower it... I need advice please contact me if you have :) ) -Lamp: Mars Hydro FC3000. intensity 80% at 40cm from the top leaves -Room: Mars Hydro 100x100x180cm -Extractor: Mars hydro 402 CFM Max. power 3/10 -Substrate : 70% coco, 25% perlite, 5% vermiculite. Hella dear growmies! 😁 The seedling is growing well, she is so pretty. 😍 I spray the babies with Fast Plants Spray every 2 days, dim down the LED until they are dry again.. 💦 It gives them a lot of attention and nutrients until they have grown a sufficient root system. I want to pot into 6L pots after the 1L containers have been rooted thoroughly, approx in 2 weeks.. ✌️ Then I will switch to Nutrispray and also I will feed NPK fertilizers. Until then I think they only need Startbooster. 🙏 Thanks APTUS Holland for the amazing goodie pack, I'm already having lots of fun with the product line!! 😍💚 You guys rock! __________________________________________________________________________________ HELLA JELLY SATIVA (30% INDICA 70% SATIVA) | AVG. welcome back, fantastic friends of the weed Welcome to Queen Peakyplanters Gardens these splendid sweets have great vigor and are in great shape Changing the light at the right time has made them much happier, and it seems that the relationship between light and plant is quite favorable Soon we will also receive the automated dimmer for a more complete spectrum experience suitable for simulating sunset and sunrise😜 Kiss Kiss

***Sponsored Grow*** = Medic || https://medicgrow.com || Grow = ***Sponsored Grow*** This week has been interesting, I was getting some weird runoff numbers in terms of EC/PPM and PH, so I decided to try and bring the PH up with a flush of high PH water into the medium. I did not have any PH up on hand so I used borax, PH of 9-10 plus it will help kill off any microbes in the soil that I believe is causing the PH swings. After doing this and getting the PH I wanted in the solution I released that the amount of B in the solution was to high and would cause more issues down the road, It was late in the day so I left the next flush to fix the excess B till tomorrow morning. Morning came and when I processed to flush I added in a bit of peroxide to the water and a dash of dish soap to break the waters surface tension so it flows through the pots more easily. This was going fine till it started to not drain out at all. I think it was foaming up in the medium and preventing a normal flow, plus on two of the pots I lost my perlite that sits on the top of the medium. I had to massage the pots "like when you transplant" to make then start draining again and then purchased a Yucca extract to help it flow through. Everything is back to normal. The pots are really root bound and should be transplanted but its mid flower and that's not going to be happening. I also don't know if I'd even have the space for it. I added in a b1 vitamin as well on recommendation of grow shop as apparently their other lineup I purchased did not have any. No idea if its working well only first week in the feeding. The Cytokelp is fun, but the one hormone in it is similar to a PGR but its not a real PGR. I am skeptical of it and not using it as foliar, just root watering. I also added in a bit of CaMg supplement that gave the plants a boost in N and Ca. The mg of this product was lesser then others I have seen about a 5:1 ratio of Ca to Mg. after the big flushes the runoff was hitting 120ppm so I gave it a good feed at 1.8EC Time will tell If i fucked it up royally by doing all this, this seedsman plant is still quite sensitive to cooler temps. My tents hitting 17c at night and it still is acting like its hitting 10c as autumn colours are popping off on them. Some of my other plants are also discoloured but not to the same extent as this one. All the plants are still stretching but it seems slow to me. Maybe it will continue going but it only put on about 10cm in the last week and a half. Feels slow. I may see more stretching in the next week upcoming and it just had a ruff start. Lights still running at 100% with V1 spectrum, everything seems to be working just fine, no light burn. Till next week. ***Sponsored Grow*** Official Website: https://medicgrow.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/medicgrowled Twitter: https://twitter.com/medicgrow Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/medicgrow420/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNmiY4F9z94u-8eGj7R1CSQ Growdiaries: https://growdiaries.com/grower/medicgrowled https://growdiaries.com/grow-lights/medic-grow

Day 64. Heavy feed day, first 5 will get 1600 blast with EC going high as 3.0 ;)))))) If no burned leaves - Ill have huge buds, otherwise I will have 5 smallest girls on harvest day .... Fingers crossed ;)))) That's my last blast, I think I over calculated amount of Epsom salt... Should be in 1200 range, but it's my last BioBizz bottles and I can't remake new blend. Looking at them now - it looks like I haven't touch a leaf from them a week or so ago ... Insane ! I want buds !!! Will have to strip again, but I will do it in late flower, not now ... Day 65. They survived and loved it !!! Video shows and proves it ! Happy Growing !

Just started them all on the Green Buzz Liquid Organics and will run it the rest of the way. I'm not going to add much to the line just some calmag, enzymes maybe terpinator I have to experiment with it a little bit. The first feed went extremely well the plants instantly reacted within an hour after the feed especially the next day. The additives in this line barely raised PPM at all which I liked. It also doesnt stink like other liquid organics I've used. These are doing good the big one seems to be flowering faster than the first run from seed with this cut. The second one is still completely untrained and the 3rd one is the weakling. Day 21 of bloom. Added in a shot of the feed chart I'm using from G Buzz, white board is where I record the run off values especially during the flush👍

Supercropped one tall branch of the Red Mandarine #2. Hope it doesn't hurt the yields. Plants have been recovering and are mostly green now. There's some serious stretch going on in this tent! Flowering is happening really quick especially with the Mandarines. I moved the lights after I discovered a lux meter app. I had as low as 10,000 in some places, so not only are the lights closer to the canopy but I angled them to get more light down to the shorter plants. Just reset the clone fridge and they were all looking healthy except two which I didn't put enough water in.

Here we go, this is the ninth week of growing. The plants look, and smell incredible right now, I've started flushing last week, and will continue this week , and I hope to make the harvest next Saturday. By the time I've been removing a lot of leaves, because they started to turn yellow, as the cycle of the plants is getting to its end. I am really satisfied with the overall quality of this plant, every aspect of it is amazing! My retarded daughter is getting herself together, but she still has almost 3-4 weeks until she's ready.

Day 56 of flower and the finish line is in sight! Pineapple Express looks to have its fade well under way with the majority of leaves turned completely black and now showing signs of nutrient deficiency as i stop feeding nutrients. i’m going to let what’s left in the soil carry it to the finish line. the ghost train hazes look like they will take a bit longer but are maybe 2 weeks out.
