Day 118 Another check fan alert. Exhaust stopped working. We’re now back in action. Hoping this one will hold out for another week until harvest! Next batch of seeds have been put into Jiffy pellets. Will update on the plant I moved outdoors right before I put them into flower. It looks incredible! Day 119 Trichomes are still glass-like. Some are beginning to cloud, but it looks like probably another week or so to go. Day 121 Turning the humidity down to try and simulate fall weather. Try and get these plants to flower a bit quicker before the get nanners Day 124 Just starting to get some amber trichomes! Ready for harvest. Putting it into a 2 day flush and then she’s getting cut down!

Not much to show this week on the timelapse as we had a cold snap and power went out momentarily, and as such, the camera stopped recording, without me realizing this. So I have also added a little video of the rooms progress. Even with the small bit of footage, I can see that my feeding schedule twice a day seems to keep the leaves from drooping at any time in the video, so I will be keeping this going as is, checking the PH every couple of days and topping up the nutes bucket as needed. I am noticing some leaves dying, but they seem to be mostly ones that are not getting enough light and I am removing them as I go. The upper leaves and buds are looking strong so far, and just a touch of smell in the room. The colas are also starting to thicken and my fingers are getting sticky and stinky when working around them. Looking at the plants from a normal distance, they don't look very crystally, but the close up shots really are making them shine. After taking the pics, I like to zoom in on them and see all the crystals.

Week 8 - Dead line is coming, starting week 8 of flowering. The routine is maintained, feeding only with water. I think Black Jack will pass 10 weeks of flowering.

- It's Wednesday, so that means it's haircut day. 😁 Not a moment too soon, she was getting shaggy really fast. Anyhow, she's in the bigger tent for the moment while I sort out seedlings in the smaller tent, but I'll move her back in another week or two once she's ready for the trellis.

It has been a week of amazing growth for the Xtrakush too. What an amazing plant this is. Resilient, enormous growth, it was only last week that we took out her brother. It turned out to be male, which is why we planted two in one pot. Already she has taken up its space almost entirely. And the bud growth is also something I haven't seen before. This can really turn out to be enormous buds if the buds grow out like advertised. All in all a great week with lots of activity on my part to facilitate these results. We are three weeks into flowering, the deadline I set myself from where I'm allowed defoliating the underside. To prevent stress, but also to maximize growth I hadn't touched them all grow. Also, I made the flowering amendments, it didn't seem they needed anything so I waited a couple of weeks. I made a mix of 2 cups worm castings, 2 cups bonemeal, 1 cup of micro life (per plant) and mixed this. I dropped this on the soil around the stem. In just a day another amazing stretch happened. The combined defoliation and added nutes gave a boost they seemed to love. I watered with a heavy mix of BAC organic flowering, Topmax and Calmag, and a one in 6 mix of my trusty permaculture tea. I harvested Dorel and will soon do #4 as well. I had to as I don’t have the space to dry all 3 at once. Tbh Dorel didn’t look so good today, although I couldn’t see much amber trichromes she looks a bit overdone. Will probably do #4 this weekend, and Ozz the 2 following wees

Its the end of week 3 and the forth node is just coming through, I think I might top her towards the end of next week. Roots are starting to show through the bottom of the air pot and there are no signs of any deficiencies. I haven't changed anything to the feeding schedule and iv only needed to water once this week. Really happy with the progress so far! I also decided to add a carbon filter to the space bucket to help with any smells in the future, its made from a plastic food Container filled with activated carbon, I still want to get another fan to help pull air through it.

86 days from seed in soil until chopped. Roughly 40g dry weight. I ended up pressing most of it into Live rosin, however I kept some in flower form to smoke. Personally, I'm not big into the scent or smell of this strain, but it stays true to it's sativa roots and everyone who has tried it has really enjoyed it. I'm not a big fan of this strain, purely based off the fact that my nose doesn't like the smell of this plant. It smells like chicked-peas (the stuff hummus is made from). It's very odd I know. However every one who has smoked it, including myself has enjoyed it. But if I'm picking and choosing, then this one would be near the bottom. I ended up turning a vast majority into live rosin and it is much, much better. Amazing for listening to music and cleaning the house👌

I had to transfer to the bigger pots the week. There was a lot of stretch in the cups and they were falling over. so will see how it goes this week. Coco with the Azomite and a little clone x myco powder at the root base, Just a baby feeding 1 mil/gal of the three part Emerald Harvest and Cal Mag in a 5 gallon bottle. PH at 6.1, then another 5 gallons of plain PH 6.2 water no food to get run off from the pots. The runoff was PH 5.8 so in happy with that. I got the time-lapse running so I will post it at the end of each week moving in to the next one. waiting on a green filter for the camera to help adjust the color so everything will not look blurpule. This is a grow I did last season that went really well. Unfortunately I don't have any veg pictures but its still a cool grow none the less. This is actually week 2 of flower. The plants were defoliated and lolipopped just before the flip and they STRETCHED. The tent was small so the scrog nets were more for support than anything. We had been going through an incredibly hot year here and it was pushing 95 degrees during the day all the way through to October. Luckily my lights run at night to save on electricity bills so I learned that high night time temps are not as detrimental. Hope you all enjoy. Adding Greenleaf Nutrients part A and B at 2.4 and 1.8 at this point.

Started the week off well from the big defoliations and adjustings yesterday. Upped the feed amounts per litre but still diluting them down a bit and in the case of the Cookies just feeding plain water for 2 of every 3 days. This carried on all week with buds and smell starting to build very nicely indeed!
