It's been a big week for these girls and I have a LOT of photos as well as a video. It's a lot to rearrange because I should have uploaded them in better order. Maybe I'll fix it later, but for now most of the content from 8/5 is before 8/1 On 8/1 I purchased some spent hardwood substrate blocks from a local mushroom farmer down the road. I crumbled them around the base of each plant. My main reasoning was because of the Night Nurse that's been having some problems, but in the end I think all the plants will benefit from the added mycelium, especially during this flowering phase. The mycelium will spread through the root network allowing a greater uptake of nutrients in trade for sugars, which I'm supplementing in the form of molasses. I also defoliated the fan leaves on 8/5 since we're only a couple weeks from harvest. I think it was a good sign that those leaves were strong and weren't easy to come off. We got a lot of rain that day!

Day 42 - The plant is spread nicely and no more LST so the plant can start stretch phase. So far all looking very promising

This thing is smelling so delicious. Resin is starting to get heavy, and the buds are really swelling. Had just a touch of nutrient burn from bringing Foop into the fold, but I think she's handling that just fine and dandy.

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. Things have been great this week for this girl. She's my pride this run as far as overall looks and bud structure. Falling over at this point from the weight. Fans leaves curling up and trichomes almost there. Will be looking to wrap this one up by the end of the week.

Hello 👋🏻 Readers, Triplets had a trip out of the grow tent in the middle of the week due to a major power outage, until noon in the spare bedroom and then my bedroom (facing west)on the afternoon, with a 12°C temperature in the house, bet they got more purple 😂 Luckily the power was out only 25 hours. Other than that, all went fine this week. I checked the trichomes with my jewelry microscope, even tried my best to take pictures 😅 The base of the trichomes are so cute to see as they are purple and fading into the clear milky form( not showing on pictures) purpled all the way✊🏻😄 This week I started using the supplement Diablo Monster-K Which is the last supplement to be use on the end of flowering, as I started with the supplement Monster Flower, week 2 to 5 then Monster Blast, week 5 to 6 then Monster K, week 7 to 8 ( ya ya ya i also used the supplement BIG BUD week 2 to 4 just because why not? i had too i couldn't help myself😅 The endgame is soon to be! but only the trichomes will have the last word on it. and of course I gotta flush them so i need to pay close attention to the trichomes 🤨 Thanks for stopping by and taking time to check out my weekly diary updates. So week 10 started and for Gorilla Cookie and Strawberry Pie this gonna be the final last 10 days I think. Started to flush the soil with 6.6 pH water and clean fruits. Gelato on day 61 still gonna need more time 2 weeks + Don't know about her Budsizes the nugs looks a bit small for me, but the smell is really amazing. Gelato 2 on day 35 starting to get in Flower. GSC also day 35 still need some time think 3-5 days And on Day 26 Cheese is going to flower too. She gonna stretch a lot I think never had such a plant like this. Updates coming 👍 Last days from Week 10 for Strawberry Pie, Gorilla Cookies and Gelato. I gonna chop Gorilla this weekend she's got the most amber on her it's about 10/90 . Should be good in 3 days + 48 H hours darkperiod. Strawberry Pie still need 1 more week I think maybe just 4-5 days don't want her to be so much amber I prefer a good headhigh also she's indica. Gelato still need more time to fatten up the buds. Maybe 10 days. Shes got a really interesting smell but the buds a bit small compared to SBP and Gorilla. But it's OK she's got the best structure and amazing symmetry. Gelato 2 and GSC are doing well And Cheese still looks a bit weird, potted her on Biobizz light mix without mixing florganics and coco. Maybe that's the point. I don't gonna use light mix next time. Allmix doing the job very good. Updates coming in week 11
