Dead seedling?

Seedling 9 days since planting. Germinated directly in peat pellet. Sprouted after 4 days. Seed coat became stuck and I had to remove with tweezers. Now the cotyledons aren't developing and it looks a bit moldy at the top. Looked like this for the last 3 days. Thoughts?

no progress from either so far.
They were in my tent lights off temp 20-22, moved yesterday to spot with 25, have kept moist no sitting water.
Am i just being impatient? 🤣😂

Germination errorI've made an error while germinating my beans. I've mixed CANNA rhizotonic at a ratio of 4ml per 500 ml of water by mistake. Soaked the coco pellets and left them In the proprgator. I use half the ratio.
