I use a little dawn soap mixed in water to fight most critters that breathe through their skin. It suffocates them and doesn't hurt your buds. Spray at or near lights out, repeat as necessary. Cheers

While mixing it in, I noticed several small flies fly out of the soil, I'm guessing they are fungal gnats. My plant is in preflower and showing pistals. White vinegar with dishsoap didn't help much.
