In a word - YES! Alternatively, if you're running your lights at less than 100%, you can increase the strength (I run all my plants under 100% lights all the time)... These little ones have been really searching for the light and I see you've actually had to stake them to keep them upright.... I would suggest you add more soil to each pot pulling it up around the stem.... the newly buried stem will then grow more roots and will have a better chance of becoming good and strong and thick... but add the soil to the entire pot, not JUST around the stem... Good luck!

The plant will start to turn away from its light source when you get to close if that helps

Yes put the lamp closer, try 40 cm first and lower in small steps if they keep streching. You can always check if the lamp is not too warm by holding your hand under the lamp on the same distance as that you are planning to place the lamp from the plants. If it does not feel to warm on your hand after 10 seconds it will be fine for the plants too.

yeah, if you increased light a bit -- power or less distance both work -- then you are good.. wait and see. you can always bury it a bit deeper on a transplant to shorten it up. Take notes of the timing and power/distance used. Make a better SOP for next time. eventually you'll do everything the same way it just gets burned into brain. environments make for variance in need, so it's a bit different for you than the next person but very similar. always expect some adjustment for your garden.

I would for sure 👍. They do seem to have a little bit of a stretch to them.
