Give it 2-3 weeks and it will probably recover to the point that you won't need stakes at all. Cannabis is an amazing plant with incredible "self healing" powers! In the meantime, just leave it as it is, it will be fine. The fact that it is not drooping shows no real damage was done and you won't lose it. A few preventative snail (bait) pellets to kill any other "attackers" might be a wise strategy. I would be inclined to get a slightly longer stick though, so the splint extends past the weak point by 3 inches or so.

If you have grow supplement (like SUPERthrive, for instance), spray around wound several times per day. It will not only recover but eventually get thicker in the damaged place

It'll be stronger after it heals.. how it works if it doesn't die or so much damage the vascular system can't recover etc etc.

Keep it tried to that streak and maybe even put in another one but be careful not to kill off the roots that close to the base. I should scare up and add in some of its own support but it will likely need to stay spiked till harvest as it will get used to the support its given and that's fine. just keep it happy. Good Luck!

You'll just have to keep it supported. A bamboo stake should work.
