5/20/24 Monday 🍪⛄️🚀everyone is looking great except RQS HyperionI don’t know what happened. I Wiprobably dig her up. I might do another. I’m not sure but considering how many I did. My odds are pretty good. I don’t know why that one failed all three of them dead happens sometimes I guess no big deal. 👍👍👍 I just dug up Hyperion wouldn't germinate. It looked healthy and white on the inside. Planting Apollo F1 now. I'll get out the Great White sprinkle on the dirt, in the hole, on the seed, then cover then a little more and water.💦 🚀 I got Apollo planted, and I put a sticker on one of the pots. I think that will make the most difference.👍 5/21💥💥💥 my pH pen was at least one entire point off. I just got a new one which means I have been off by at least one point so I could’ve been watering at 4.5 and lower accidentally a few times. I got an additional pen to verify my measurements, they’re very cheap. I can’t believe I didn’t think to buy a new one sooner, but that definitely caused me problems with my last grow. I couldn’t figure out what was going on and it was the miscalculated pH pen. 💥💥💥 It's evening now. they are looking great. I believe the SHOCK from my Ph meter casing me to have VERY low Ph at first messed up a couple of seeds. Critical Plus sprouted but looked shocked I probably lost Hyperion the same way. All is better now. I have 2 PH meters from now on, and only keep them about 6 months max. I keep moving the plants around so they don't lean towards a hot spot. It takes some constant maneuvering but I don't want to get any more equipment going for early veg and germination. They are doing great. I hope this 1 gallon experiment works, so far it's great. Oh yeah, don't for get to sprinkle Great White next watering. 5/22 now it saves on the phone and not on the computer... or I save to the wrong week. I might b a little tarrded. 💥💥💥 I got the new ph pen from Vivosun I got the yellow and the more expensive by 2 dollars orange and white one. it's textured and a little heavier. Yellow reading was 8.05 8.02 Orange pen was 7.55.... 💥💥💥 so ??? Im going with the more expensive one. I don't have distilled water & it loses calibration when you change the battery...so I don't know about the Ph Pen mystery. I'll be using the orange textured Vivosun with the hold feature it was about 2 dollars more than the yellow & black Vivosun & it looks nicer.💥💥💥 5/23 Lights at 35W now from 30. looks good 5/25 They are really taking off now lights to almost 40W.
