2024 outdoor season has arrived! The area for the autoflower was prepped with a shovel to loosen up the soil. I added some perlite and mixed it in. Then covered the soil with a nice layer of wood chips. Seed was soaked in water for 8hrs then transferred into a small pot. The medium in the pot is basically peat moss, perlite and a pinch of Gaia Green power bloom 2-8-4.

Your lady is looking absolutely stunning! Slugs gave me some serious grief too. I almost went for a high-tech laser defense system, but figured turning the neighbor's cat into sushi wouldn't win me any points.
Wish you a good grow π₯¦π
@Cameltoe, that didn't take long. Was it my laser anti slug defence? If those slugs come back, just let me knowβIβll bring the lasers and weβll take care of them together. π
Im a bit nervous to start an outdoor with my bought seeds. I started a bag seed and its doing okay. Wish you luck, even though im sure you dont need it.
@Octopuskush, Always need some luck when starting outdoors so many variables to deal with. What you find out quick though is how strong the genetics are.
@JamMAKEcan, There has been efficient rain fall for the past 6 weeks. She also has mulch to help trap in the moisture there is no need to water her. I may not water her the entire grow. We will have to wait and see. Looking at here I don't think she is lacking in nutrients do you? If so... what is she lacking in I would like to know I'm far from an expert. Should I put my trust in JamMAKEcan or in Mother Nature? That would be a good poll question! My vote is for Mother Nature. Sorry JamMAKEcan nothing personal.π
@JamMAKEcan, Well she is transplanted now and the weather is changing! I see her taking off in the next few days. Hope the transplant takes well and see doesn't start shooting out pistols in the next 24-48 hrs. The orange flower is Poppy have Clematis and Daylilies with some weeds. lol π
@JamMAKEcan, Weather has been on the cool side. This week will be cool/cold also. I like the day temps at least around 68-70F. Right now on day 8 its only 50F and raining. I started her a bit early in the season. I doubt she will be a monster but we will have to wait and see.
Looks good so far.. I love growing outdoors too.. U cant beat the sunlight lol. It really brings out the frost... Best wishes on this journey.. Praying for the win 4uππππ
@JamMAKEcan, Would be nice to get the win! I can't complain with the back to back second place. Follow along and root along! Much love for the support!π
