Slight burning from a soil mix that is too rich with nutrients and some mechanical damage to the leaf tips from hitting the soil or edge of the pot at night time when the leaves hang downwards. Both issues are nothing to be worried over, the plants will grow just fine, however, there is no need to feed them for another 3 weeks at least. At this age, in good soil, there is no way they could be suffering from any sort of deficiency. Remember too, no plant will ever have 100% perfect leaves, 100% of the time. If you are new to growing, visit the Mandala Seeds website and read their "grow guides", it contains a lot of excellent information designed for European growers..........you will learn a huge amount of knowledge!

So it looks like you have transplanted this reticently according to your diary, At first glance the way it is yellowing on the leaf lead me to believe it is a swing in PH as that looks very similar and the damage has seemed to stop, so that's a bonus :) This could have been from the transplant into the new medium. It could also be slight burning as well. If its not progressing then its a none issue. I'm leaning towards PH though. You have listed that they are grown in living soil, might want to check what that is comprised out of. It looks a lot like peatmoss in some pics and soil in others. But no perlite. I would try and mix in at least 20-30% perlite to help with aerating of the roots in potted plants. Its also good to note they will typically need a transplant or topdress of new amendments every 3-4 weeks when going in soil. I like to feed dry amendments "gaia green or equivalent" vs liquid nutrition. I don't see any feed in your diary are you feeding them? If so please add it into the nutrients part of the site and also upload pics of the soil you used/created and whats in it. Also confirm they are going to get enouth Ca S and Mg in the feeds. I see one spot on a leaf that could be signs of calcium but it could be something else. https://420life.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/Marijuana-Leaf-Deficiency-Chart-scaled.jpg here's a leaf chart for looking up leaf issues. If it caused by lockout or PH or deficiency is the real question and needs some troubleshooting. Good Luck!
