Welcome to GhostGrow Chapter One by PoshGrow! 🌳 Week #10 June 28th - July 5th 7th week of flowering. Humidifier was raplaced with dehumidifier to maintain 50% rH. Week #10 day 1 Completely removed ScroG and did dead leaf removal and major clean up. Scrog did his job, but at this point, it does not help much now. I need clear access to all plants because few of them going down in week or so and other need abit more time to finish. Strange thing is that all Alaskan strain seeds come from one package, but they all different. Alaskan #2 still in first side of flowering and for example Alaskan #4 almost done... Same nuts, same pH, same watering schedule. Despite these few small isues, everything is going good. Buds are still packing up some weight, plants looks healthy, tought and dear god they smell... 😅 Also I think I manage the Alaskan #5 Nitrogen deficiency. Looking abit better and stopped yellowing. At the end of the week going to clean and preapare Alaskan #2 for flowering, remove popcorn nugs, dead leafs and all leafs that is blocking light to a budsites. I will upload some more pics and comment at the end of the week #10.

Today the Blue Cheese Pheno 1 became the first time rinsed, and now only gets 0.4 Ec water for the next 10 days ca :-). Everyone else needs a while. otherwise there is not much to report this week. Già si può vedere la resina che si inizia a formare sulle cime in alto... La più alta del box anche se, credo non faccia cime giganti, sono molto contento che ha questo colore viola intenso nelle foglie, spero in un fenotipo più violaceo... Week 4 - 01/22 to 01/28 2021 Pictures from Days 25 + 26 TRANSPLANTED! Might have waited too long but hopefully the transplant and LST stress might slow the plant down since i think it's already flipping to flower like the other @SweetSeeds Dark Devil Auto and the Purple Lemonade from @FastBuds. I think the Red Poison might have been the first one I noticed to flip but at least this one will be quick. More and more reasons to go back to a photoperiod grow after this for more control/really test out the new lights 🙌 Ended up more 50/50 ratio of Destiny Organic's Dark Matter Living Soil + ProMixHP since I had to make the Destiny last. Apparently they went out of business just after I decided it was my favourite/new soil :( Would rather stay away from Ocean Floor since I haven't had the best experiences with it (bugs/rust fungus etc) Feel free to drop some recommendations other than Fox Farms below 👍 The Red Poison Auto is going strong other wise, keeping the LST basic to see if I can still get the screen in the tent but it wouldn't be practical at this point. I raised the @ViparSpectraLED P1500 another eight inches after transplant and started basic LST. I really wanted to get these four under a ScrOG but if 3/4 are already flipping and the LSD is still runty I might have to wait it out again. Just like the Dark Devil in my other Sweet Seeds diary, there is a solid smell on the fingers after adjusting it/when the fan hit it just right 😍 I have the @MarsHydroLED TSL2000 set up and ready to go once the girls settle into their new pots. Have the new surge protector/heavy duty power cords/power tool grade timers as mentioned in Week 3. Some of it shown in the pictures. Day 36 Flowering: Hi growmies Here we are at the halfway point in the flowering cycle. They will be in full PK swing now and be craving those elements to power more pistils and bud energy. I am giving them their last full Pk warrior 9/18 dosage this feed alongside a 3/4strength Megacrop feed. following feeds will be at half pk 9/18 till last 2 weeks. I am also still using calmag to compensate for the l.e.d and coco leeching that often happens with these combinations. In general they are both very healthy and feeding with no issues I now need to up the watering frequency as they do drink way more now. Mimosa lemon is looking long and lanky still but her potential to fill out over the coming 5 weeks is easy to vision. With her stems all set in place and her projection of where she will join nodes in the coming weeks , I think I need to think about supporting them maybe?. She doesn't have a lot of leaf among the stalky colas and looks very like a long flowering sativa does. Hwr smell is now very clear when touched and even close to the plant, you can smell the limonene from her namesake. A stinky lady is imminent i think. filter at the ready. With around 12 mains all going for Merristem status , she could be a contender for best auto yielder this run. Glueberry is certainly living up to her name if I dare to touch her!!. She is beginning to smell so nicely sweet with a hint of diesel too. I think i did stunt her growth early on with the foolish underwatering error. She recovered really well and does have a lot of buds within her canopy hidden. I will make sure I keep her well aired to avoid any mould issues .

Defoliated and in its flowering pot, switched to 12/12 on day 35 she's stretching out nice. Will start feeding from week 7.

I was dealing with weird tacoing of leaf tips. Never had it before. Also the tips were light green. I think it was a bit of shock when changing light spectrum. Although the intensity was pretty low. Lamp was set only on 250w for a 5x5 space. Maybe it was a bit too low. I think the issue resolved itself in acouple of days and after switching to 12/12 . DLI dropped and plants recovered fast. They seem to grow beautifully now.

Flipping the light to 12/12 start to see some stretching. They looking good but the canopy is not actually well leveled. Lets wait for them to completely stretch

First day went as expected. I put the paper towel in a small see-thru plastic container and put it on the table. With a bit of water and the seeds in side, the germination has now started! Day 2 no progression, moved the tray into my furnace room (pitch black and warm) Day 3 major progression. I got them out and started to prep the jiffy pellets. Shortly after I transferred the roughly half inch tarp roots with seeds into the jiffy pellets, root down, seed up, slightly covered with dirt. I soaked them in water (like a beginner i overwatered heavily knowing what I know now). I placed them back in the tray and put them at a window for light. (Note) the plan was to do outdoor so no light or tent was ordered at this point. Day 4-7 not much progression seeing as the clouds and rain showed up...

Chopped Chocolate Mint OG on day 61. It's been a pleasure to grow and looked like it was going to be my biggest yield. This was definitely the bushiest plant in the tent. She was very photogenic toward the end. The stem rubs smelled like burning tires and dill pickles, but when the buds came in they were surprisingly sweet. The smell tickles some weird nostalgia, like a candy you had growing up but can't quite remember. It's like a sweet grape tea, but with real grape instead of candy grape. It is maybe reminiscent of grandma perfume - ambiguously sweet, fruity, and floral. After the dry and trim, this came in at just over 40g. I definitely smoked a bunch before weighing, plus this plant had 2 sample cuts taken before harvest, so maybe actual weight would have been 7-14g higher than the actual result. Overall this plant was phenomenal and I would gladly run it again in the future.

Still having issue's.. no fault but my own. I thought my problem was q ph issue but I'm now thinking it to much magnesium.. Anyway... following week I'll flush her and she how she is afterwards.

These 2 are shooting up fast man! Literally not had to do anything to them after the main lining was complete the shape has remained and its solid lol may need to get a tomato ring to support or some yoyo strings to hold up once flowered. Applied some cal mag and micro, grow to this feed to try and improve leaf colour. Need to lower nitrogen now so hope it works.

😫PRIMO OVERFERT SENZA AVER DATO NULLA ASSURDO...solo acqua e sono cariche scure ora sono palesemente in over... procederò ancora per altri 10 giorni di acqua il topping a funzionato bene da come si vede nel video ora faro riposare per 15 giorni e poi lancio in flow 14/05/2021 la jungla sembra crescere ora dovrò fare un pò di pulizia defogliare dalle foglie piu grandi e lollipoppare per bene.... sono solo un pauroso di togliere le foglie grandi (foglie primarie) al momento zero fertilizzanti ancora troppo scure 18/05/2021 la sera del 18 a un giorno da un mese di vegetazione in growbox ho lollipoppato e potato i rami i inutili.... ho dovuto anche fare una rotazione di piante in quanto non sono uniformi nel crescere.... ho riempito il bidone da 30 litri e mi sono accorto che le baby ora bevono molto pur troppo sono ancora in forte stress e overfert non capisco da cosa provenga in quanto non ho usato nei fertillizzzante.... vedremo oggi 21 come staranno ora posto le foto del 19 maggio giorno in cui fanno un mese e sono ancora 40cm aime qualcosa sta rallentando la crescita e arrivato il filtro a carboni e pesessantissimo speriamo che la mia box lo regge

Week 7 of flower in the books and we’ve had to adjust to the height issues in an attempt to salvage what we can of the largest mains on the cheese. Really should’ve done this 2 weeks ago and while it’d be preferable not to supercrop this late in flower - there really wasn’t a choice. It was done early in the week and the plant is none the worse for wear. On the whole, the nute burn issue has been rectified and while the damage isn’t massive, it’s still really obvious. For all the above reasons, We’re really not going to get that late flower look with this plant. Kinda sad there. Otherwise, the plants have begun to colour up and were quickly coming in to the harvest window. At this rate it looks like the gorilla cookies and cherry Bomb will go off first, with the cheese to follow and the lemon haze last. The GC is absolutely covered in trichs. We expect a great finish for this one. She’s unlike any pheno I’ve seen on here - ducksfooted with a pineapple shape to her heads but again, got it where it counts. The cherry Bomb is similar but also true to her description - huge cherry diesel scent coming off this plant. She’s chunky and sticky too so very pleased she’s made something of herself. The lemon haze is developing And rounding out slower. Trich production is moderate and I suspect she’s got a week longer than the rest. We’re getting there - maybe a week to 10 days. Almost time for jazz hands👍😎. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru.
