Cold this week, so I had to put a heater in the tent. To stop the heater drying out the soil I placed half a plastic bottle over each seed site to contain humidity. Worked very nicely and was the quickest germination I've had so far.
A little stretch from royal cheese. They're all growing well though. keeping water to a minimum with one small dose of root juice to start. Will be introducing veg nutes next week. Still cold out, so keeping the heater in the tent for now.
Started veg nutrients and some LST on cheese and gorilla. Early days still, but all looking healthy and growing nicely with lots of fresh nodes.
purplematic looks a little small compared to the others, but it germed later than the rest too.
Most looking healthy again this week, still holding back on too much water and nutrients, but purplematic has a little clawing on the top leaves, so I'm going to hold back some more for that one.
Had a heat wave at the weekend, then temperature dropped back into minuses this week, so heater is still in the grow room.
Little white hairs appeared on cheese and purplematic over the weekend. I feel its a bit early for purplematic to be starting flower, especially as its still very small, but the temperature outside has been all over the place, from heatwave to snow, then the heater kicks in and drys the air out.
Cheese is doing very well though, just a small amount of nute burn on the top new leaves. But lots of potential bud sites.
Gorilla and euphoria are getting nice and bushy, lots of potential bud sites, but the light isn't hitting them well, so will apply more LST.
Everything is growing nicely, over feeding issues haven't gotten worse as I've dialed back feeding. The cold weather has played into some slow growth issues.
Purplematic is still on the small size, I doubt that will remedy though, will have to be happy with what I get. Cheese is making the others look bad.
So I accidently broke the main stem off of cheese this week! Luckily it has many more stems and they're all doing well.
Purplematic is not going to get any bigger, but it's showing its colour now and looks pretty af.
I'll be changing the light schedule now euphoria is a good size to get it into flower.
Turned the lights to 12/12 last Thursday for euphoria to start flowering. No sign of pistils yet.
Gorilla has caught up with cheese in size and has more bud sites. But to be fair cheese has had some stress over the past few days with breakages, I will probably need to provide support as the buds fatten up though, because it's looking a little wispy.
Euphoria is showing signs of flowering. Bud sites are thickening out on cheese and gorilla, fingers crossed but it looks like they're going to yield pretty well. Purplematics buds are fattening up, but I can see white speckles on the leaves, I've checked for spider mites or other bugs, but no signs of life on there, not sure what else it could be atm.
Gorilla is now MVP, getting fatter every day. cheese still a bit gangly, but lots more bud sites appearing.
Purplematic is being it's usual sad self, will probably be done before the rest of them though.
Euphoria is starting to stretch with flowering, looking a lot healthier compared to the others which all have a little nute burn.
