Could this be spider mites or some other critters??Could this be some mites of some sort?? She was soo upset 1 day, then she kinda perked up but I'm still seeing these signs of something wrong.. Will probs spray with neem oil and see how she does, what do you guys think?

fungus gnats and larvae in soil I bought a bag of Gaia Green living soil a noticed I had fungus gnats and larvae just now. What can I do to get rid of these easily? I also have 2 plants that are a few weeks in vegetation that are in this soil. I didn’t notice them at first. Someone please help me
