1st grow - RQS Northern Light Auto

Hi! I've now adjusted the nutrient quantities, giving her 2L of water and double the amount of nutrients I was giving before. Is it my wishful thinking or did she fatten up a lil bit? :D I think I know what prevented her from growing to her full potential, besides the unpredictable weather conditions and the lack of nutrients: I LST'd too hard. The Fastbuds blog said "only tie two or three branches every 3-4 days to give the plant time to adapt and recover" and I remember tying alll the branches that needed tying in a 2 hour session, a really bondage session lol. So yeah, this may have stunted her, as well as keeping those ties until now, mid flowering. What do you folks think?
